THE WEEK THAT WAS ... PROTRACTED

That means long. Look it up!

Dude knows about protractors. Er, protracted. Whatever.

ESPN The Magazine general editor Chris Sprow walks in this morning and says aloud, "So glad it's Friday." Indeed. The week seemed long: at the front end, another Junior Griffey World Series dream died. Around the middle, Pac Man (oops, Adam) found himself up to his ol' shenanigans. Now with Friday 6pm bearing down on us all, attention turns to Dallas at another level. That's a lot of stuff to absorb and, frankly, it can weigh a man down. We kept it real over here, though: Lil' Wayne and Rick Reilly both filed again (not sure if those two have ever been that close in a printed sentence, but hey, rules are made to be broken).
