COOLEST OKLAHOMA SOONERS CLIP ON THE INTERNET? WE'LL GO WITH AP FOR HEISMAN

[Ed's note: Not sure what All-World Power Rankings is? Please click here.]

Pretty big one in Norman this Saturday: No. 2 Texas Tech coming to town to battle No. 5 Oklahoma. Ya know all the basic themes by now: Leach/Stoops, Bradford/Harrell, winner may end up in the BCS Title game, biggest game in Norman in years, etc. Here's what we're more concerned with: Internet videos. (We just wasted a solid few minutes watching this.) Oklahoma football is essentially an institution: seven national championships, 144 All-Americans, four Heisman winners, a .761 winning percentage since the end of World War II. Sheesh. We decided to troll the Internet and figure out what the coolest Sooner football videos are. To those who scream "lower Midwest bias" at us: we also did this on the Red Raiders and once made a video with Mike Leach. Here comes the Sooner love.

TOP 5
RANK (YESTERDAY) WHAT WHY
1 (14) ADRIAN PETERSON FOR HEISMAN If you type "Oklahoma Sooners football" into YouTube, then sort by View Count, this video is the top hit (about 600,000 views). Good reason, too: AP in Norman is flat-out filthy. He's from Palestine, TX. How did Stoops get him over Mack Brown? (Info on that here.)
2 (410) A SEASON IN THE STANDS: THE OKLAHOMA RAP Ha. We're homers! Watch it here. In our defense, the thing is pretty sweet and it did air on ESPN's College Football Live this week. Ah, cross-platform.
3 (21) "OU: NOTHING ELSE MATTERS" Here ya go. We imagine the title of this video is a fairly accurate assessment of most attitudes about life in Norman.
4 (127) "THE PLAY: RED RIVER RIVALRY 2001" Cue Musburger: "Williams got him on the blitz! Lehman got the pick!" The funny thing is, at the end of the clip, Musburger says: "Sooners! Do they ever lose a big game?!?" That's, like, the entire knock on Stoops right now.
5 (899) "THE HIT" Watch this thing. September 1975: Oklahoma vs. Pittsburgh. Scott Hill just absolutely levels Tony Dorsett. Dorsett basically stumbles backwards like this guy. It's amazing.

HONORABLE MENTION
RANK (YESTERDAY) WHAT WHY
18 (144) "OU SOONERS: 2000 NATIONAL CHAMPIONS" Our friend has a good take on this: "They only won because Mark Richt (then a Florida State assistant) was already committed to the Georgia job." Eh, naw. They won because Bob Stoops is a genius. Here's probably the most detailed video about that season you will ever see.
28 (701) "SOONERS DESTROY TEXAS A&M 77-0" This game happened the day after our 23rd birthday, we were in a fight with our girlfriend at the time and oddly, we were watching it in South Padre Island, Texas. People there don't like Bob Stoops. They really didn't like this game. We want to know more about what happened here: was Stoops mad at Dennis Franchione for some reason? 77-0? C'mon. Take your foot off the gas.

RISING AND FALLING
MOVEMENT WHAT
SAM BRADFORD FOR HEISMAN (Cue the kid in Angels in the Outfield: "Hey, it could happen.")
THE BOISE STATE GAME (No one in OK wants to watch this.)
