"You're a mean one, Mr. Grinch."

Lance Armstrong is fed up by all the drug tests he's being administered now that he's back in the Tour de France game. And he's taking to his Twitter page to vent his frustration.

"Guess what?!? he wrote in a recent tweet. "Drug control. #10. Unreal…"

Here's a combination of three tweets from Thursday on his 11th drug control: "Dring back from the shop after riding 4 hours. I hear the drug testers are waiting at the house. #11. UCI control. They flew a guy from Germany for it. That makes a ton of sense. Btw, this control was for blood AND urine."

Unlike a longer, ranting blog post in which Armstrong sits down and complies his thoughts from the last few days/weeks about what he see as unfair treatment, Twitter serves to let us follow Armstrong's trials and tribulations in real-time via his Blackberry. Armstrong updates his Twitter so much, it's almost as if we're one of his buddies, and he's texting us constantly, letting us know what's going down with his training, where he's eating and what movies he's watching.

These short bursts of thought add up over time, and have quite vividly told the story of Lance Armstrong's return to cycling.

49ers long snapper Brian Jennings recently started blogging for the athlete blogger powerhouse Yardbarker, and he took the opportunity of his first post to instill his competitive nature and life's philosophy…by talking about sandwich cutting.

"Because I was the youngest by three and a half years, it took me some time to figure out how to compete and eventually win in these kitchen contests," he writes. "For an extended period of time, my brother would both cut the food that was to be shared and pick his 'half.' Eventually I made a rule: one person cuts the food, the other person gets to choose his piece first. Mark quickly agreed, but as he started to cut into the prized chocolate bar he paused and said, 'That's not fair.' He realized his scam would no longer work. He handed me the knife and I confidently made my diagonal cut. He could not distinguish which side was larger and for the first time in my life I got my fair share."

Andrew Bogut would like you to know there is, in fact, Christmas in Australia. (Seems he's been asked quite a few times about this.) However, he's not shy about voicing his rather contrarian, yet in some respects, rather on-point thoughts about the season:

"I'm not big on Christmas, Birthdays or New Years really," he writes. "I think Christmas isn't celebrated for the right reasons, but mainly for a money driving machine. A lot of children probably wouldn't know what Christmas is about besides receiving cool presents and getting what 'I' want. I mean I don't dislike it don't get me wrong, but the whole decorating for Christmas and putting up a tree doesn't really give me a thrill. Where's my Christmas Spirit you might wonder? I think I left it behind when I was about 12 and realized the truth about Santa and his Reindeers. The most important thing is being with your family, friends or even loved one, and enjoying your time together. The presents, gifts and 'my decorations are the best in the neighborhood' certainly aren't what Christmas is about to me. Everybody is different so I just thought I'd ramble out my thoughts on this merry time of year. I will most likely change my tune if I ever have kids, but I guess that's a discussion for another day. I hope you all do enjoy your time with family and friends though!"
