Who are the top five quarterbacks in the NFL at present?

If he ever fell out of the "top five" discussion, is he now back in?
Threw this one out during the late game on Sunday: who are the best five quarterbacks in the NFL right now? (We don't mean "right now" literally, as technically, there are only four QBs still active.) This year seems to have changed a lot.
Going in, most people would have probably said a combo of Brady, Manning, Palmer, Hasselbeck et al. Brady was hurt, so you can probably still lump him in there. Manning? He's almost a no-brainer in any "top five currently" discussion, but the 7-8 playoff record and two straight exits to the Chargers may drop him down a few pegs. Is Philip Rivers in the discussion? (Didn't have a great day yesterday.) Is Eli Manning? (Ditto.) Is Kurt Warner, even at an older-than-most-QBs age? What about Donovan McNabb? Has one of two rookies (Matt Ryan/Joe Flacco) already cracked this list? List five for us in the comments or e-mail us and we'll talk it up this week.
