The NEXT: Brief Break in NFL Thoughts
Seriously, college basketball is getting a little confusing.

What's going on here?
The focus of the sporting week for most people will be prep for Eagles/Cardinals and Ravens/Steelers this Sunday, but with conference play getting fired up in college hoops, we gotta ask: How confusing has this thing gotten?
We understand that college basketball is all about who gets hot in March, so opening this up in January is a tough discussion. But still: every single eye in America was on North Carolina to win the whole kit n' kaboodle and maybe even go '76 Indiana in the process. Now, as of January 12, they haven't won a game in the ACC.
Everyone's got challenges: Wake Forest looks dynamic but they're young; Pittsburgh will benefit from a brutal Big East schedule, but will that also weaken 'em? Duke looks strong but hasn't fared as well in recent Dances, including almost dropping to Vince Gill-inspired Belmont last year.
What say you? Right now, is UNC still the favorite, or has the universe completely shifted? Comment or holler at us.
