What is "Clip Reel?"

In our current "Fan Issue," we have a feature "Jelani Jenkins, Please Sign Here." Four fans try to convince a top Maryland HS linebacker where to attend college. Today (theoretically) he'll decide, as it's 2009 Signing Day. Who else is as of yet undeclared? We'll take a look at some of the best guys off the ESPNU 150 and Rivals 250 lists.
