Rather obvious to some, but we're going to point this out anyway: David Stern speaks often of the globalization of basketball as a huge thing for him. He should be watching the 6:07pm game this Saturday in Detroit: in it, you've got Goran Suton of Bosnia (read this) banging with Hasheem Thabeet of Tanzania (read this) for the right to get to Monday night's stage.
