The Athlete Roll Continues: A-Rod and Kate Hudson?
This is somewhat unsurprising, and quite probably not true.

From this angle, she kinda looks like Madonna. Eerie.
A few weeks ago, we switched from going New York Times every morning on the subway to a mix of that and New York Post. (Latter is simpler and flashier.) You meet a really serious journalist, they will punch you square in the mouth for even mentioning the NY Post as a reputable news source, and then kick you in the ribs as you lie on the ground. Seriously. We've seen it live. So this whole A-Rod hooking up with Kate Hudson thing -- you should take it with a grain of salt. Why it could be true, though: Kate has a long athlete connective history, including this doozy. Someone is gonna run up to us today, punch us in the face and kick us in the ribs, and claim this isn't true. It probably isn't. But if it was, would you be at all surprised? Side note: Overboard, starring Kate's mom and (basically her) father Kurt Russell, might be the most underrated comedy of the 1980s.
