Using the media carousel
The site's unique media carousel allows you to see up to six photos or videos, with animated headlines. Each image or clip corresponds to a number in the lower right corner of the carousel, so you'll always know how many elements you have to pick from.
- To jump to any piece of media in the sequence, just click its number in the sequence.
- Or wait a few seconds and the next image or clip in the series will automatically rotate in.
- If you'd like to spend more time on one piece of media, you can simply stop the rotation of the carousel.
- To stop the carousel, simply hit the "Rotate Off" button.
Playing videos
When the media carousel lands on a video, a "Play Video" button appears.
- Watch the clip by hitting the "Play Video" button.
- While the video is playing, the rotation of the carousel will stop and the play button will swap out for a "Pause" button that you can use to stop the clip.
- After the video has loaded, drag the slider bar to fast-forward or rewind the video.
- While you'll need to adjust the video volume through your computer's speakers, click the speaker icon to mute the audio.
