Blaze's field goal at finish spoils VooDoo's comeback

SALT LAKE CITY (AP) -- Steven Videtich made a 23-yard field goal as time expired to give the Utah Blaze a 63-61 victory over the New Orleans Voodoo on Saturday night in the season opener for both teams.

Joe Germaine was 24-of-36 for 330 yards and five touchdowns, and Tom Pace also threw a scoring pass for the Blaze. Siaha Burley had 11 catches for 160 yards and two TDs, and Pace finished with six receptions for 60 yards.

Andy Kelly was 25-of-36 for 285 yards and eight touchdowns for the Voodoo. Darnell McDonald had 12 catches for 143 yards and two TDs, and Kenny Henderson added five receptions for 43 yards and four scores.
