LOS ANGELES -- Los Angeles quarterback Sonny Cumbie threw for 291 yards and seven touchdowns to help the Avengers defeat the Georgia Force 57-51 on Saturday night.

Wide receiver LaShaun Ward had nine receptions for 141 yards and four touchdowns for Los Angeles (6-5).

Georgia quarterback Chris Greisen threw for 371 yards and six touchdowns. The receiving trio of Chris Jackson, Troy Bergeron and Derek Lee each had a pair of touchdowns. Bergeron led all receivers with 165 yards for the Force (9-2).
