DALLAS -- The Dallas Desperados held off New Orleans 80-79 on Saturday night in the Arena Football League when Steve Bellisari's pass on a 2-point conversion attempt fell incomplete on the final play of the game.

Bellisari brought the VooDoo within a point with a 12-yard touchdown pass to Wendal Williams as time expired.

Clint Dolezel was 33-of-41 for 386 yards and 11 touchdowns for the Desperados (13-1), and Will Pettis had 11 catches for 123 yards and two touchdowns.

Bellisari was 33-of-46 for 418 yards and nine TDs for the VooDoo (4-10). Williams finished with 15 catches for 126 yards and five touchdowns.
