UNIONDALE, N.Y. (AP) -- Colston Weatherington blocked Chris Onorato's 50-yard field-goal attempt for a safety with 2:01 remaining to give the Dallas Desperados a 33-31 victory over the New York Dragons on Sunday.

Chris Sanders was 22-of-39 for 222 yards and three touchdowns for Dallas (5-0). Will Pettis had nine catches for 102 yards and a touchdown, and Marcus Nash added eight catches for 98 yards and two fourth-quarter scores.

Aaron Garcia was 20-of-35 for 174 yards and three touchdowns for the Dragons (1-4). Chris Anthony had seven catches for 86 yards and two TDs.
