Randy Foye has been heating up recently, averaging 15.7 points, 3.7 assists, two 3-pointers and a steal in March. He's sharing the starting backcourt with Sebastian Telfair while Rashad McCants and Marco Jaric come off the bench. Foye has the most value out of all of them. Jaric played just nine minutes in Thursday's contest, and after an up-and-down season, it doesn't look as if he'll have value from here on out. ... Ben Wallace, Zydrunas Ilgauskas and the rest of the Cavs should go crazy on the boards against the Pacers due to the huge rebounding differential between the two teams. ... The Warriors-Magic game should be a shootout, as players from both teams should benefit from a combined score well above 200. If there ever was a night to start all Golden State and Orlando players on your roster, Saturday's contest is the ideal one.... Now that he's seized his starting job, Devin Harris will have a strong finish to the season, and Saturday emotions will be high as he faces his former team. He and Jason Kidd will square off and both should have above-average nights as they have something to prove in this high-intensity contest. ... Jannero Pargo is worth starting if you need scoring and 3s, and he has at least 15 points and three 3s in three of his past five contests. ... Travis Diener remains a reliable deep-league start if you need cheap point guard stats, especially with Jamaal Tinsley -- whose return is indefinite -- sidelined. ... Mike Miller returned to action Wednesday, and should be back in your starting lineup, even against the stingy Celtics.
Desmond Mason is carving out some late-season value, averaging 14.3 points and 5.3 rebounds per game this month. He doesn't shoot 3s, but scores efficiently, playing a large enough role with the Bucks to warrant fantasy value. ... Flip Murray has surfaced on the Pacers, and scored in double digits in his second and third game for the team. He's not an all-around player, but does boast a fine scoring repertoire, and if he gets consistent minutes, he could surface as a deep-league option in the final weeks of the season. His emergence also hurts Kareem Rush's value, so if you were leaning on Rush for 3s, expect decreased production. ... C.J. Miles is set to get more minutes and is in the starting lineup while Andrei Kirilenko is out. Miles had a 3-pointer, a steal and a block in his start Wednesday, and Saturday is a good night for him to break out against a Nuggets team that allows nearly 105 points per game. ... Jared Dudley's 10-point, 18-rebound, 1-steal and 2-block night Wednesday turned many heads, and he's been a popular addition to fantasy squads all week, for good reason. He's getting big minutes with Gerald Wallace out and is worth a roster spot in all formats for the time being. He can contribute in multiple categories and has improved throughout the year and now he's emerging as a late-season breakout. ... Marcus Banks had 21 points, 5 rebounds, 4 assists and three 3s off the bench for the depleted Heat Wednesday, and is averaging 1.9 3s in his past eight contests. His opportunities have increased with Dorell Wright out for the rest of the season, so if you need 3s, Banks is a viable option. ... Carl Landry has been a key player during the Rockets' prolific run, and even though he's only getting around 20 minutes off the bench, he's been excellent recently. The second-round pick is averaging 14 points and 5 rebounds in his past five contests and is on the radar in deep leagues. ... With Tim Thomas sidelined Wednesday night, the Clippers leaned heavily on the undrafted Josh Powell, who had 10 points and 11 rebounds in 50 minutes of double-overtime action. He's started in three of the past four contests, and anybody getting that many minutes immediately warrants attention in deep formats.
