After missing the last three contests in November with a bum knee, Andrew Bogut has played in both December games and should begin picking up steam. He has a tough matchup against the Lakers, and both teams typically outrebound their opponent by a sizable margin. But Bogut will be fed early and often and should be back in your starting lineup. He is undervalued right now because of foul trouble, injuries and an overall slow start. Chris Duhon has been favoring his back while playing a backbreaking number of minutes since the trade, especially when Nate Robinson missed four games with a hurt groin. But now Robinson is back, and Duhon should settle into a more reasonable workload, which could cut down on his overall stats just a bit but make him more efficient (seven turnovers Friday night). Rodney Stuckey has scored in double digits in each of his past five games, averaging 13.2 points, 6.8 assists and 1.6 steals in that span. The Knicks' defense doesn't pose a daunting threat, and Stuckey is a good play again tonight as he settles into his role. Danny Granger's terrible performance Friday (four points in 32 minutes) is nothing to be worried about -- it likely stems from bad karma after his shoving match with LeBron James, who scored a season low in the same contest.
Despite some impressive performances this year, Ramon Sessions played six minutes Friday and 22 on Wednesday coming off the bench behind Luke Ridnour. Ridnour, on the other hand, played 74 combined minutes in the two games, averaging 12 points, eight assists and four steals. Cool Hand Luke is the hot hand in Milwaukee right now, and as I've said before, these two are going to kill each other's value all season. Jared Jeffries made his season debut Friday and scored six points with seven rebounds. I don't expect him to make a significant impact in the fantasy world, although murmurs did go around about his playing some center in Mike D'Antoni's system, which would bump his value a bit. Expect little to nothing, at least for a while as he gets back in game shape. Even though he's coming off a clunker, I'd recommend starting Steve Blake against the Raptors, who allow more than 100 points per game and also allowed Matt Harpring to score 14 points with seven boards in 12 minutes Friday night. Also, expect Greg Oden and Joel Przybilla to mop up and benefit from superior team rebounding. It's strange to say it, but both Stephen Graham and Joey Graham are etching out significant minutes for their teams, and have made blips on the radar, especially in deep leagues. But both face tough matchups tonight and would likely need an injury to occur in order to gain long-term value.
