QB Matthew Stafford (Ribs, Questionable): Active
WR Hines Ward (Ankle, Questionable): Inactive

WR Braylon Edwards (Knee, Questionable): Active
RB Jermaine Gresham (Hamstring, Probable): Inactive
Updates/analysis (most recent first)
Benjamin Watson active (3:31 p.m. ET): Watson (concussion) will play for the Cleveland Browns, though he'll continue to split work with Evan Moore versus the 49ers and still is not much of a fantasy option.
Marshawn Lynch active (3:28 p.m. ET): Lynch will return to the Seattle Seahawks backfield this week, although he's expected to split the carries with Justin Forsett and Leon Washington. He also will be playing against a stout Cincinnati Bengals run D, so it might be wise to leave him on your bench.
Mike Williams (Seattle) inactive (3:16 p.m. ET): The Seahawks receiver is reportedly a healthy inactive Sunday, though some suspect he might be battling a hamstring injury. Ben Obomanu will continue to get extra work in Williams' place, which could become a consistent theme.
Jermaine Gresham inactive (3:11 p.m. ET): The Cincinnati Bengals will be without Gresham, their starting tight end, versus the Seahawks. He was added to the injury report Friday because of a hamstring injury, and was a late scratch Sunday. You'll have to look elsewhere (in the afternoon/late games) for tight end help.
Tarvaris Jackson active (3:06 p.m. ET): Jackson will be back at starting quarterback for the Seattle Seahawks on Sunday versus the Cincinnati Bengals, after missing Week 7 because of a pectoral injury. However, Tarvaris has proven he's not a reliable fantasy option, even in two-active-quarterback leagues. Note: Though Jackson was announced as the probable starter, Charlie Whitehurst got the start.
Braylon Edwards active (3:02 p.m. ET): The San Francisco 49ers wide receiver will get his first game action since Week 2, when he caught just one pass. However, his return from a knee injury might have been sped up a bit following Josh Morgan's injury and the team's resulting lack of depth at the position. Plus, the Browns have a solid pass defense. It might be best to sit Edwards a week and see how involved he is in the offense.
Peyton Hillis inactive (2:57 p.m. ET): The Cleveland Browns running back will not play because of a hamstring injury, leaving Montario Hardesty to start in the backfield. His opponent, the 49ers, are not an easy team to run against, however, and the game is in San Fran.
Matthew Stafford active (2:53 p.m. ET): The Detroit Lions quarterback will start Sunday at Denver, and his owners should feel free to utilize him versus a vulnerable Broncos defense. Also, the Lions figure to throw plenty with starting RB Jahvid Best (concussion) inactive.
Lee Evans inactive (12:20 p.m.): The Baltimore Ravens WR will miss his fifth straight game with an ankle injury. It could mean more looks for rookie Torrey Smith against a very soft Arizona Cardinals defense.
Brandon Jacobs active (12:11 p.m. ET): The New York Giants running back will return this week after missing the past two games with a knee injury. It's unsure how much the Giants will use him this week, especially with Ahmad Bradshaw coming off a 100-yard in their last game.
Danario Alexander inactive (12:10 p.m. ET): The St. Louis Rams' official Twitter feed reports WR Danario Alexander (hamstring) is inactive. Newly acquired Brandon Lloyd should get even more targets, while Brandon Gibson, who was a surprise inactive last week, should be in the mix, along with Greg Salas and Austin Pettis.
Antoine Winfield inactive (12:09 p.m. ET): The Minnesota Vikings cornerback is out again with a neck injury. That could open up things a lot more for the Carolina Panthers' combo of Cam Newton and Steve Smith.
Todd Heap inactive (12:08 p.m.): The Arizona Cardinals veteran tight end is sidelined with a hamstring injury and won't get a chance to play against his former Ravens teammates. However, Cardinals tight ends aren't recommended against the Ravens anyway.
Percy Harvin Active (12:01 p.m. ET): Harvin will dress for game versus Carolina Panthers, but whether or not his ribs will allow him to play the entire game, and with full mobility, is unsure. He makes for a risky start, but is Christian Ponder's best arial weapon if the Minnesota Vikings are going to create some room for Adrian Peterson.
Beanie Wells Active (11:57 a.m. ET): The Arizona Cardinals will start Beanie Wells versus the Baltimore Ravens. The tough matchup means that a less-than-100 percent Wells is a poor start, but he will receive carries. Backups Alfonso Smith and LaRod Stephens-Howling are no longer viable sleepers.
Joseph Addai Active (11:52 a.m. ET): The Indianapolis Star reports that although Joseph Addai will be dressed, Delone Carter is the starting running back. Expect Carter to see the bulk of the carries.
Daniel Thomas Inactive (11:46 a.m. ET): The NFL Network is reporting that the Miami Dolphins' Daniel Thomas has been ruled out. Reggie Bush will see the bulk of the carries versus the New York Giants defense. See Christopher Harris' assessment of the Giants Run D in this week's The Hard Count
