Actor Clint Eastwood is the owner of the course here. The layout is named Tehama (tah-HEY-ma), the same as a line of golf apparel in which Eastwood also owns a piece of the action.

Located just off the breezy Pacific coast in Carmel, this Jay Moorish design presents plenty of uphill shots, with no fewer than eight elevated greens, including two par 3s. The course only measures 6,437 yards from the back tees meaning power isn't essential. Accuracy, however, is at a premium as deep canyons border many holes.
