Quinn wins Boise Open
The playing partners dueled all day. Adams led after each of the first three rounds until Quinn finished his 2-under 69 with that putt for a a 14-under 270 -- all set up by that near-perfect shot from 169 yards out.

"It was one of those shots that comes off the club and you know it's good. That shot is probably the best shot I've ever hit in my life" said Quinn, who turned pro in 1988. "That was it. I had to hit that shot at that time. All the chips were on the table."
Adams finished the weekend at Hillcrest Country Club with a 71 and a 72 after being 14 under through 36 holes.
"I just made too many mistakes," said Adams, who was seeking his first win.
Quinn never led until his final putt fell, giving him first title since the 2000 Florida Classic, a span of 236 starts.
"It was unbelievable. It was quite a day," said Quinn, who got the third win of his career. "It's a big monkey off my back. I've had a few opportunities and kicked a bunch away. It was really rewarding to come out here and get the job done."
