BEIJING -- South Korean Han Chang-won won the inaugural Asian Amateur Championship by a five strokes in southern China on Sunday to clinch a spot in the 2010 Masters field.

The 17-year-old had a two-shot lead going into the fourth and final round of the tournament at the Mission Hills complex near Shenzhen and never wavered after firing an eagle 3 on the second hole.

Han's compatriot Eric Chun finished second at 7-under-par to win a place alongside the victor in international final qualifying for next year's British Open at St. Andrews.
