Beem fades down the stretch, but still close There was no reason to expect Rich Beem to be leading the PGA Championship with five holes to play in the third round Saturday. An early morning treat from Tiger Waterlogged and two hours late, the second round of the PGA Championship was completed Saturday morning at Hazeltine National. Frozen Moment: Tiger nearly ran away For four holes into the front nine on Friday at Hazeltine, Tiger Woods looked like he was going to take the PGA and shape it in his own image. Kraft: Hazeltine blinks, early starters capitalize Hazeltine National, wicked at times on Thursday afternoon, showed a kinder, gentler side Friday morning.
