Right-hander Robbie Aviles will take the mound for the Yankees' ACB team.

The New York Yankees announced their 2009 Area Code Baseball Team that will represent the Northeast this year in Long Beach. Last year the Northeast had a strong team and Mike Trout, first round pick of the Angels, was on the Yankee roster a year ago.

Stetson Allie (RHP) played on the team last summer, and was up to 98 in the Perfect Game National in Minnesota a few weeks ago. He is one of two players from last year's team to make the trip out West again. Tyler Skulina played in the East Coast Pro Showcase last summer as a sophomore and Jesse Biddle, a big time LHP, may be the best pitching prospect out of Pennsylvania for 2010.

Mike Montville (OF) was the Gatorade Player of the Year in New Hampshire as a Junior and he showed well in Trenton and Mike Antonio, a SS from George Washington HS in New York City, has power, speed, and a strong arm.

It looks like it is another strong team representing the Northeast and the Yankees will play their first game Aug. 6.
