Minnesota Got Game

Who's got game? Each month, ESPN RISE finds out. Here are the athletes we recognized in November:

ALISE POST
ST. CLOUD TECH -- GYMNASTICS

Post competes in about as rare a two-sport combination as one can find. On the more traditional side, Post is an elite gymnast in Minnesota, and she finished as the Class AA state runner-up at last year's state competition. But Post's second love is BMX bike racing. She turned professional at age 15 and has won some national competitions, including the ABA Grand Nationals Women's Pro title in 2007.

KATY KVASNICKA
MANKATO WEST -- GIRLS' ICE HOCKEY

In a tight battle for the state scoring title last year, Kvasnicka lost out to then-senior Lauren Smith of Holy Angels, who was a finalist for Ms. Hockey honors. But while Smith has since moved on, Kvasnicka has plenty of time to earn a scoring title. After all, the talented scorer will only be a sophomore this season. Kvasnicka earned All-State second team honors from The Associated Press.
