Prime Time Players

GARRICK SHERMAN
Sherman is an immense presence inside and has the ability to alter games with his shot-blocking prowess. He posted 23.7 points and ripped down 15.5 rebounds a game last year.

BOBBY CAPOBIANCO
With an improved perimeter game, Capobianco has developed into the type of impact player Loveland needs for a run in the playoffs. He led the team at just over 20 ppg and 11.6 boards last year.

MATT KAVANAUGH
As a junior, Kavanaugh was an unstoppable force, averaging 18 points to go with 10.9 boards a contest. He torched Trotwood-Madison for a careerhigh 39 points last season.

JUWAN STATEN
With the ball in his hands, Staten is a magician who puts pressure on defenders with his blazing speed. Last season, he averaged close to 24 points and nine assists in helping Marshall finish 14-8.

Coach's Take

AN AREA COACH ON BILL EDWARDS:
"He's a long player and he plays long. He has decent height (and) is left-handed with a good jumper. I think the best part of his game is that he has a real court presence. I think he can play a variety of positions."
