Prime Time Players

DOMINIC CHEEK
Cheek is rated the No. 11 player in the ESPNU 100, and the No. 3 shooting guard in the country. He possesses a picture-perfect 3-point stroke and the athletic ability to finish at the rim.

TAMIR JACKSON
Jackson averaged 14 points, 3.5 rebounds and 3.1 assists last season, and he was a key player in St. Benedict's 24-1 campaign. He has committed to Rice.

SHAQUILLE THOMAS
Potential is the perfect word to describe Thomas' game. He's productive now, but he has all the tools to be dominant: size, athleticism, ball-handling and a developing outside shot.

PARIS BENNETT
Bennett is a classic combo forward, capable of backing down smaller defenders or taking bigs out on the perimeter. He has committed to George Mason.

Coach's Take

AN AREA COACH ON DEXTER STRICKLAND:
"I've been watching Dexter for a long time, and he knows how to play. He's still evolving into a point guard, but he knows how to win and offensively he is the total package. When we play them, he's the one guy I don't want to go off."
