RYAN ABRAHAMSON
A Minnesota recruit, Abrahamson earned All-Conference honors last year after batting .487 with five home runs, 22 runs and 27 RBIs. He'll be in contention for Player of the Year honors this spring.

DAVID BETTENBURG
Bettenburg always hit near the top of the Raiders' lineup and seldom disappointed. He posted a .441 average with eight home runs and was a St. Paul Pioneer Press All-State first team pick last year.

CODY BEAM
Beam posted a 6-1 record with a 1.94 ERA on the mound and batted .414 with 15 RBIs at the plate as a junior. His performance and his leadership helped Coon Rapids win the Class AAA state title.

T.J. OAKES
It's not surprising Oakes garnered All-State first team honors after his 0.42 ERA in 49.2 innings or hitting .327 on the season. He at one point struck out 50 batters without allowing a walk.

Coach's Take

AN AREA COACH ON ANDY JOHNSON: "He throws pretty hard and it's always around the plate. He's had success in big games and he's proven he knows how to be successful on the mound."
