MICHAEL ENGLUND
Englund helped the Crusaders complete an undefeated league season last spring. He was selected to the All-Metro team and is rated the Northwest's No. 22 player by BaseballNorthwest.com.

JACOB LAMB
The Washington recruit is an exceptional defensive shortstop and a menace at the plate. Last year, he hit .422 with 22 RBIs and led the 19-win Braves with 33 runs scored.

BRIAN WOLFE
Wolfe is a member of the Seattle Mariners Fall Scout team and features a cannon arm in the outfield. He helped Snohomish win the Class 4A state title and earned All-WesCo honors in 2008.

COLLIN MONAGLE
Monagle missed the 2008 season after suffering an arm injury, but scouts were already enamored with his fastball, which touched the mid-90s on the gun. He will play at Washington in the fall.

Coach's Take

AN AREA COACH ON CHASE ANSELMENT:
"What I like most about him is he's a great leader. As a catcher, he really took command of the field. I think that's the No. 1 thing a catcher does. After that, everything else is gravy. He is very good defensively. Strong arm."
