ESPN will release the ESPN RISE FAB 50 national girls' soccer winter rankings each week of the regular season and playoffs, continuing through the final matches of the Texas state playoffs.
A pair of top 10 teams were pushed to playoff overtime last week, and both emerged with dramatic victories to remain among the nation's elite and leave little change among the FAB 50 top programs.
George Jenkins (Lakeland, Fla.), making a bid for a second straight state title, and Cardinal Gibbons (Fort Lauderdale, Fla.), featured last week on ESPNRISE.com, were pushed to the limit before winning to advance to this week's state semifinals.
The big mover in this week's FAB 50 is Punahou, which had been ranked No. 3 in Hawaii most of the season. After stunning three-time champ Kamehameha in the state final, Punahou jumps into this week's Top 25.
Results through Feb. 8.
