Former Notre Dame wide receiver Shaq Evans enrolled in classes Monday at UCLA, according to a source.

The 6-foot-1, 205-pound sophomore from Inglewood, Calif., will have three seasons of eligibility beginning in 2011. He caught seven passes for 61 yards in 2009 for the Fighting Irish, playing in six games.

Evans was an ESPNU 150 recruit and the No. 4 wideout nationally in the Class of 2009, according to ESPN's recruiting rankings. He chose the Irish over USC.
