Kings goaltender Jonathan Quick, defenseman Jack Johnson and forward Dustin Brown were selected to the 2010 U.S. men's Olympic hockey team Friday. Ducks forward Bobby Ryan also made the team.

Goaltenders Ryan Miller of the Buffalo Sabres and Tim Thomas of the Boston Bruins will make their first Olympic appearances. General manager Brian Burke and USA Hockey unveiled the 23-man roster after the Winter Classic at Fenway Park in Boston. The Bruins defeated the Philadelphia Flyers 2-1 in overtime in that game.

The United States looks to improve on its lowly eighth-place finish from four years ago at the 2006 Torino Games.
