Bynum starts Game 2 vs. Jazz

EL SEGUNDO, Calif. -- Los Angeles Lakers big man Andrew Bynum started Game 2, and Phil Jackson planned on testing the torn meniscus in the 7-footer's right knee by playing him longer than the 25 minutes he did in Game 1.

"We'll see how it goes out there," Jackson said at the team's morning shootaround Tuesday. "I hope to play him a few more minutes tonight."
