Ethier plays 7 innings in rehab game

DENVER -- Los Angeles Dodgers right fielder Andre Ethier played seven innings in right field and came to the plate four times for Triple-A Albuquerque on Friday night at Memphis, the first of what are expected to be two minor league rehabilitation games for Ethier before he presumably is activated Monday.
