Dodgers scratch ill Ethier

SAN DIEGO -- Los Angeles Dodgers right fielder Andre Ethier was a late scratch from the starting lineup on Tuesday night against the San Diego Padres, and while the sense of déjà vu was hard to ignore, the reason for Ethier's removal was nothing more than an illness.
