Mitch Kupchak open to trade?

Los Angeles Lakers general manager Mitch Kupchak said he would consider making a trade amidst the team's recent struggles, the Los Angeles Times reported Monday night.

The Lakers have dropped two straight -- a loss to the Sacramento Kings on Friday followed by a home loss to the Boston Celtics on Sunday -- four of their last seven games.
