CINCINNATI (Ticker) -- Corey Hirsch made 36 saves and David Gosselin scored the winning shootout goal as the Milwaukee Admirals defeated the Cincinnati Cyclones, 3-2, to snap a three-game winless streak. Hirsch made nine saves in the first period, 15 in the second, 12 in the third and stopped three of four shots in the shootout. Milwaukee's Paul Healey opened the scoring with a power-play goal at 4:09 of the first period. Cincinnati leading scorer Gilbert Dionne scored his 18th goal on the power play at 3:33 of the second period to tie it. Daniel Riva put the Admirals back on top with a power-play goal at 16:14 of the second but Cincinnati's Ian MacNeil scored with under three minutes remaining in regulation. The Cyclones dropped to 2-4 in shootout games.
