Escobar reportedly signs with Angels

The Angels reportedly have started to revamp their pitching staff.

They have signed free agent Kelvim Escobar to a three-year, $18.75 million contract, sources close to the pitcher told the Toronto Star on Friday.

The Blue Jays had reportedly offered the right-hander a two-year, $10 million contract.
