Cubs woo reliever Eyre away from Giants

SAN FRANCISCO -- Free-agent reliever Scott Eyre agreed to terms on a three-year, $11 million contract with the Chicago Cubs on Thursday, ending the left-hander's tenure with the San Francisco Giants.
