White Sox sign Viciedo to major league deal
ORLANDO -- The Chicago White Sox have agreed on a major league contract with Dayan Viciedo, regarded as Cuba's best teen talent, his agent Jaime Torres said.
The four-year deal -- worth $11 million, a club source told ESPNdeportes.com -- is expected to become official as soon as Viciedo clears a physical examination.
"He has agreed to a deal and is flying to Chicago," Torres said Friday, according to The Associated Press.
