Joba's hearing rescheduled a 3rd time
LINCOLN, Neb. -- New York Yankees pitcher Joba Chamberlain's arraignment on a drunken-driving charge has been rescheduled a third time.
Chamberlain failed to appear in Lancaster County Court on Thursday and Judge Laurie Yardley reset the hearing for March 31 at the request of the lawyer for the pitcher, who is at spring training in Tampa, Fla.
Chamberlain also was granted continuances in December and January.
