Bush, top pick in '04, pleads not guilty
EL CAJON, Calif. -- Former top draft pick Matt Bush has pleaded not guilty to drunken driving, resisting arrest and vandalism for an incident last month in which he backed into a parked car in Mission Valley.
A lawyer entered pleas for Bush on Wednesday in a San Diego County courtroom. Attorney Gregory Daniels said the 23-year-old pitcher, who's had several alcohol-related incidents, is in rehab.
