Jamie Moyer joins ESPN for 2011
Jamie Moyer hopes to pitch in the majors in 2012, but for this season, the 48-year-old left-hander will lend his expertise and serve as an analyst for ESPN's "Baseball Tonight." He will make his debut Thursday for Major League Baseball's Opening Day.
Moyer had Tommy John surgery on his pitching elbow in December. He was pitching in the Dominican Republic in winter ball when he was injured Nov. 6, his third start, after missing the second half of the 2010 season with an injury.
