Nelson Cruz singled to left in the bottom of the 3rd, plating Robinson Cano and tying the game at 1. It was Cruz's 67th hit on the season and keeps him on pace for a 200-hit year. Follow live

Pirates claim the lead by the bay

After a wild pitch brought the tying run home with the bases loaded, Pedro Alvarez hit a double the opposite way to bring him two more Pirates, and Pittsburgh leads the Giants 4-2. The fans dressed as pirates in a boat in McCovey Cove must be pleased. Follow live
