San Francisco Giants: The club declined its options on first baseman J.T. Snow and infielder Eric Young on Monday, and reliever Felix Rodriguez exercised his player option.

Snow had a $6.5 million option and will receive a $750,000 buyout. Young had a $3 million option and he will receive a $1 million buyout.

Rodriguez exercised his $3,050,000 option and will return for his sixth season with the NL West champion Giants, who are expected to have another wild offseason of moves. General manager Brian Sabean could have holes to fill at many key positions.

The 35-year-old Snow, a six-time Gold Glove winner, spent seven seasons with the Giants, but played in only 103 games this season because of leg injuries. He hit .273 with eight homers and 51 RBIs and was thrown out at home plate for the final out of the Giants' season in Game 4 of the first-round playoff series against Florida.

Young, acquired from Milwaukee on Aug. 19, hit .197 with three RBIs and three stolen bases in 26 games for the Giants.

Rodriguez, with the Giants since 1999, leads all major league relievers with 25 relief wins since the start of the 2001 season. He went 8-2 this season with two saves and a 3.10 ERA in 68 games.
