Royals, Sox leadoff hitters go deep in first two innings

CHICAGO -- Leadoff hitters homered in the first two innings of Thursday's Kansas City Royals-Chicago White Sox game.

Kansas City's David DeJesus hit Mark Buehrle's first pitch of the game for a homer at U.S. Cellular Field. In the bottom of the first, Chicago's first batter, Pablo Ozuna, homered on a 1-1 pitch from Odalis Perez.

Emil Brown homered for Kansas City to start the second inning, and the White Sox's Jermaine Dye opened the bottom of the inning with another homer.
