Rangers recall Tejada to start against Tigers

DETROIT -- Right-hander Robinson Tejada was recalled by Texas from Triple-A Oklahoma and was slated to start for the Rangers on Saturday night against the Detroit Tigers.
Tejada (1-3), who made five starts for the Rangers earlier this season, was 3-0 with a 1.04 ERA in his last three games in Oklahoma.
The Rangers optioned outfielder Freddy Guzman to Oklahoma to make room on the roster. Guzman was recalled on Wednesday and played in one game this week. He is 2-for-7 this season with Texas with one run scored.
