Byrnes, who became general manager in October 2005, built the young but talented team that won the NL West last year and advanced to the NL Championship Series despite a payroll of $70 million that was 23rd among the 30 major-league clubs.
Hall has been president since September 2006. Owners cited his efforts to rebuild a fan base that eroded in the years following the team's 2001 World Series title.
"We couldn't be prouder of the work that they've done for us," general partner Jeff Moorad said.
