DETROIT -- Tigers third baseman Carlos Guillen left Detroit's game against the Cleveland Indians on Monday night because of lower back spasms.

The team said Guillen is day to day.

Guillen flied out in the bottom of the fourth and was replaced by Ryan Raburn at third when the Tigers returned to the field in the fifth.

The veteran infielder, who started the game hitting .287 with 15 home runs and 48 RBIs, made his second straight All-Star appearance last month.
