Guillermo Mota has agreed to the terms of a one-year contract with the Los Angeles Dodgers, according to multiple media reports.

Mota, 35, was 5-6 with a 4.11 ERA in 58 appearances for the Milwaukee Brewers last season. He previously pitched for the Dodgers in 2002-04, as a setup man for closer Eric Gagne.

He returns to a Dodgers bullpen that lost Takashi Saito, Chan Ho Park and and Scott Proctor from last season and has yet to re-sign Joe Beimel.

Mota has a 33-35 record and 3.93 ERA in 548 career appearances over 10 seasons. He has also pitched for the Montreal Expos, Florida Marlins, Cleveland Indians and New York Mets.

He served a 50-game suspension in 2007 for violating baseball's drug policy.
