ATLANTA -- Casey Blake has been pulled from the Los Angeles Dodgers' lineup after injuring his left hand.
Manager Joe Torre said Blake hurt his hand while working out after Saturday's game. Torre said Blake didn't think it was a serious injury, but the third basemen felt discomfort while swinging a bat before Sunday night's game against the Atlanta Braves.
Mark Loretta was the fill-in starter at third base. Torre said Blake was to have an X-ray on his hand.
