No arbitration for Cubs, Sox free agents
The Chicago White Sox will decline to offer arbitration to any of their free agents on Tuesday as the Dec. 1 deadline passes at midnight Tuesday.
This does not preclude the Sox from signing any of the three. It simply does not allow the Sox to receive compensation in the form of draft picks if any of the three sign elsewhere.
