News: Lincecum's marijuana possession charge was dropped in a standard plea deal, the San Francisco Chronicle reports.
Spin: Lincecum will still have to pay a $250 fine related to possession of a marijuana-smoking device, as well as a speeding fine. He won't need to attend court, and the possession charges will be dropped. The Giants haven't commented on the situation yet, but expect little if any disciplinary action. |
